Issue with Punch out catalog

Hello experts,

A item is selected from catalog, added to cart and transferred to SRM. In the SRM when the icon (Spectaces) representing the catalog is clicked the current page of SRM is loaded, however ideally it should display the item details maintained in catalog.

Can you tell what could be the error and means to resolve it.

Hi,

To see the catalog information of the material you have to flag "Display of Product Detail Data Possible" in the catalog definition (Define External Web Services (Catalogs, Vendor Lists etc.) BUT the much-out catalog must support that function (you can ask the people of the catalog vendor)

Set this indicator if, after products have been selected, the catalog is to allow these products to be displayed again from the Enterprise Buyer System.

The user can then display the detailed product information for catalog items in the catalog using the "Process Purchase Orders" function.

You can find more information in the catalog interface documentation.

The catalog has to support this function.

Hello Eloina,

Display product again in catalog is flagged.

Inspite of this i am getting wrong display.

Do you have any idea why is it so?

Which version are you using?. Have you checked out SAP Note 999539

Hi Jorge,

We are using SRM 5.0 with Round about catalog with Perfect commerce. OCI version used 3.0.

Can you tell me from which support pack the note 999539 is implemented.
