Regarding Changing the Status of the Sales Order

Dear All,

I have created a sales order and need to change the system status of the sales order in the line item from REL MtoO SETC to MtoO SETC TECO,Since my line items would be many this cant be done manually hence this needs to be automated is there any way this can be done.
