Is their any report to see the performance.

I have one req.

I want to show the Project manager Performance sheet in report.

For ex...

Team Costplan1/costplan2...........Budget.......Actual......Graph

PM...Name 100 60 60

Select the "Responsible Person" from field selection in CNS41.

I hope u have already assigned Responsible person to WBS element in CJ20N.

I found person responsible.

Actually i want to know whether we have any source to include all team members.

Here we have NO.OF RESPONSIBLE..........PERSON RESPONSIBLE.

Im getting person responsible....from CJ20n.

What is this NO Of Res.person.

Every responsible person is assigned to a unique no. while creating (ex:0002 - Raj Verma). U can view the same in Cj20N also see Tcode :OPS6 once.

1. Person Responsible - shows name Raj Verma

2. No. of Person Responsible - 0002 ( Number assigned to the name)

Coming to 2nd points assigning team members.....if u have Mini HR in place then u can define Project Team but I dont think u can see them in a Report.

I agree with Venkat,

Infact it is very good question, If some one know please share.

I have never came across the report for all the project team member. How ever you can assign the project team from Cj20n.

I have seen the funcationality of project Team for WBS element, in one application.

It was used there for controlling the authorizations

1.because scenario was like that client organisation was implementing multiple long projects at the same times.

2, End user SAP base of the application was in thousands

3. Each project is having team of say 30 members.

So, for the easyness of authorization they have used Project team for WBS element functionality . & give some authorization at Team level . How I am not clear.

If anyone know please share further.
