What is the T.code / IMG settings for creating a condition record ?

Dear Senthil,

To Create a Condition record:

SD Side - VK11

MM Side - FV11

To Create a Condition type - V/06

For total Pricing Customization - VOK0.

Hi there,

Pricing condition reocrds: VK11

Other condition reocrds: VK31

O/p conditin records sales doc: VV11,

O/p condition records shipping : VV21.

O/p condition records Billing: VV31

Free goods: VBN1

go to SAP main menu --> Logistics --> SD --> master data --> select each option & click on the documentation icon on the bottm right hand corner. You will get to know the T-code & other details.

Reg the IMG settings, condition records are proposed through the condition technique.

1) Define the condition tables

2) Deifne the access sequence

3) assign the condition tables to the access sequnece

4) Define the condition types & assign the access sequnece to the condition types

5) define & maintain the procedure (pricing , O/p etc)

6) assign the procedure to the determination procedure.

7) maintain the condition records

Which condition records are you talking about....

If you are asking about pricing...t-Code: VK11.

But prior to that you must complete all the steps of condition technique...

Defining condition tables, defining access sequence, assigning access sequence to condition record, and placing the condition record in the pricing procedure...

Condition record is the general term there are

Pricing condition records -Transaction -VK 11

Output condition records

Sales order-VV11

Shipping-VV21

Billing-VV31

Free Goods condition records Transaction code VBN1 etc..

VK11 is the T.Code for creating pricing condition records

FV11 is the T.Code for creating Excise condition records.
