DIP Qty not copying to Debit Memo

Dear All

I have created a DIP Profile. Quantity as hours. DIP is working fine

Bit when i created a debit memo request / sales price from DIP the quantity is not copied to debit memo request or sales order

The scenario is T&M consulting

Please advise

Hi,

I think you have not selected the field Transfer costs and quantity in DIP profile settings.

Goto ODP1, select the DIP profile. double click on usage, select the usage and double click on Material determination . Here select the filed Transfer costs and quantity.

Thank you for your message.

I tried it but still the same error.

The flow is

1) i created a sales order for T&M consulting with consulting material of quantity 1 hr & rate given 1000 / hr

2) The the sales order created a project.

3) Consultant book hours in timesheet & the same transferred to DIP say 8

4) From dip if i go expenses it is correct 8 hrs showing

5) When i simulates sales & distribution or sales price / billing request the document is created on based on the sales order which i created first. ie; for quantity 1 only
