RF Queue Management

Hi All,

I'd like to assign TOs to a fix queue that assigned to certain SAP ID.

With standard queue define function, I could only specify src, dest, door etc.

Is there any way to assign TO according to queue name at this stage?

Otherwise, please suggest the user_exit.

Hello,

there is BAdI LE_WM_RF_QUEUE to influence the queue assignment made during creation of the TO according to your own specifications.

Thanks for your reply.

I found that BADI as well.

It's just that automated TO creataion after MIGO is not intercepted by this BADI, thus I failed to assign this kind of TO to queue.

Hi,

Please follow below steps.

RF Queue mgt.

A)Define queues

B)Assign areas & activities to queues.

C)Assign processor to queues.

Once you do this configuration you can assign TO to queues. You can have many queues as per user. Initially you have to assign TO to areawise e.g Putaway ,picking ,posting change & warehouse supervision.

After this you can assign these TO's to various queues through LRF1.

Hi Prashant,

Unfortunately, we must assign TO during creation and should not involve manual assignment (too many of them). LRF1 is only used here for monitoring purpose.

Hi,

I do not know how we can assign TO's at a time to various queues,may be through user exit it will possible.If you try to assign more thane one queue to area in customisation SAP won't allow.

Please let me know if you get any solution.
