Is there built in functionality of Human Task in SAP PI7.1. If not How can i Implement Human Task in BPM.

Can anyone suggest me.

Yes. "User Decision" step type of BPM performs this task.

There is a new functionality called user agents in the ccBPM in 7.1

You can create a step type of type User Agent with multiple decision branches and a request can be sent to the approproate user for choosing the branch as needed in his Business Work Place.

Check for the topic User Agent on help.sap and here on SDN, and you will find some documents around the same.

As per my understanding ccBPM is having Workflow integrated that you can use for Human related tasks.

We generally do implement user decisions etc as a human related task. In 7.1 this has been improved for better performance using BPEL 2.0
