IAC Framework Button Drop Down NOT WORKING

Hello,

We have created an IAC based service in SICF and a corresponding iview in the portal. We have used the ~webgui_simple_toolbar property to hide all of the buttons except for "System" button. Both before and after applying this property, when pressing the System button, no dropdown is appearing.

Is there some other property that controls this dropdown that is causing it to not work? Also, is there a way to hide some of the dropdown options?

Hello David,

Publish the SYSTEM, IAC, and WEBGUI Internet Services from SE80 again and clear the cache in SITSPMON. Try it again to see if the System menu will work. If not then you'll need something like HTTPwatch to see what is missing, but it should work for a service like webgui.

There is no way on the ITS to limit what is in the System menu.
