Vendor not intended for Purchasing org

Hi

I face this problem while creating a SHC with describe requirement

"Vendor not intended for Purchasing organization"

can anyone suggest a solution for this?

Hi,

I assume you replicate vendors from SAP to SRM.

In case of the error, the vendor data is not maintained for the specific POrg. Go to the vendor master data in SAP and maintain the missing POrg in the master data. Then replicate the vendor master

again to SRM and the issue should be resolved.

Hi Srujan,

This needs to create for a Purch Org. Please check the entry in ECC first. Whether this vendor is created to the your common Purch Org.

And while replicating the vendors you need to implement a prog for connecting the ecc porg and srm porg. This is a scheudle job you need run.

Hi,

The vendor you are using in the shopping cart is not extended to the Purchasing organization and hence the error. If you are using classic scenario , verify and extend the vendor master data to the required Purchasing organization.

If not Check the purchasing organization in maintain Business Partner and enter the required Purchasing organization.
