Hi Experts,

Script output is perfect in Quality server. But misaligned in Production.

Script is triggered as FAX output in SOST.

I'm not able to see the logos and data misaligned in production SOST trasaction.

Moreover the background in QA is white.....But in production is Greyed...

Is there any setting to be done???

All the objects required including the logos are transported perfectly.

Thanks in Advance.

Hello,

Please check the Printer setting in Production when compared to QA. Might be a issue with the Font that you are using, not installed in the printer.

Thanks,
