User Issue

Hi Gurus,

I am having an issue regarding user. When user is trying to click approved inbox it tells that user is working on it but user is not working and the user is processing the doc. try later. I checked in the lock entries and consistency of the user. Everything is fine. But not solution. Pl advise on this.

Please see if the following SAP Notes helps:

Note 751884 - Locks still remain when you exit the service

Note 888306 - Approval: Locks remain

Note 670703 - Approval: Document locked by user
