Dear Experts,

which attributes in the workflow template are neccessary to start the workflow template directly during the inbound call?

Now the workitem is placed in the Business workplace, but I wanted to open the application direct coupled with the Sapphone popup. If I execute the workflow template form the Sapphone Popup the task starts in background with creating an workitem in the Business Workplace.
