Hello all..
Can anyone help me create subrows within a row for selective columns only either with tables or templates in smart forms..
I did it once but had to use separate templates for each part.
Thanks in advance..
SUMIT NENE.
you can use multiple tables based on contions....
TABLE1
TABLE2 if table1-item = table2 item.....

thanks a lot..
can you please be more ellaborate and precise about it....
I want to add rows to only few selected columns in the form...keeping the rest of the columns intact in the same row..(for e.g. to merge two rows for selected columns as i have tried to show in the figure.)
col1 col2
|--
|row1
|<<<empty<>space>>>|----
|row2
|--
|row3
|--
|row4
thanks.

you can try this way......
just create one table you draw the only vertical lines not horizantal lines.....
in the table text elements you can put condition if the values is not initial then only you can print...
create one paragraph format with underlined.
in paragrapah format in FONT tab tick underlined in that --->increase the spacing which you want... and use this pragraph if tha value is there it will draw the horizantal line otherwise its space like your output...
