Hi All

Actually what i want is the Automatic determination of Route in Outbound Delivery.

Right now, Outbound delivery is creating Automatically through PO in sap 6.0

What we want is the Automatic determination of Route in Outbound Delivery so that we do not have to open the delivery again.

If anyone have the suggestion then do reply.

Yogesh,

To determine the Route for empty deliveries (no line items) try this:

Under Route Determination config, select the line for your origin and destination country, then double click on "Route Determination with Weight Group (Delivery)"

You will need to define the Shipping Conditioon (SC) and the Actual Route, but leave the Transportation Group (TGroup), and Weight Group (WgtGr) blank. This is similar to your Shiping Point configuration where no Loading Group exists.

I did that in the past to determine Routes when using text items (no material master to determine weight groups or Transportation Groups). I can't remeber, though, if you have to first create a valid TGroup & WgtGr with blank values (no number, just a description) - so you may try that if you still have problems.

I hope this helps

Hi,

Apart from whatever Preethi mentioned, maintain the transportation group in the material master Sales: general/plant tab.

Hello preethi

First of all thankyou very much for the solution.

I have got the route determined in outbound delivery.

We are creating empty outbound delivery for some purpose in that route is not determining automatically.

We are creating Empty outbound from VL01NO.

Done necessary configuration. Do i need to do something else also.

Thanks
