Connect the database of SAP to oracle (legacy system)

Hi,

I want to connect the database of SAP to oracle (legacy system). Data should be uploaded to SAP DB from oracle (legacy system) for every few min or synchronously. Is it possible how can we do it

Hope you can do this by LSMW.

IF u r a Basis Guy,take the help of ABAPer to perform the steps of LSMW.
