disp+wp.exe is running but message server is unreachable ?

Hi Guys,

we have PI 7.1 system and evrything was working fine. we moved this system from our data center to a different data center and now when i have started the server i am getting the dispatcher is running but message server is unreahcable. The dev_ms file is as below.

The IP address of this server is showing the LAN connected IP address. any help would be really appreciated.

Seems like your missing some sort of security toolkit license
