UD taken lots displayed wrongly in QA32&QA33

Hi QM Masters

THe problem is when we execute the QA32 & QA33 with the Selection Lots without Usage Decision the inspection lots with status UD(Usage Decision made) has also appear in the list.

How it is possible? Do I have anything in my configuration side?

Please let me know what is the version of SAP you are using

aslo for which type of inspection type you are getting the issue and what is the status of UD lots that appears

Check have u assigned any status profile ,othyerwise select inspection lot without usage decision

Dear Mohanraj,

Go to QA32/QA33 --> Inspection Lot Selection screen will appear --> Please do not select any 'Selectio profile' & --> Keep 'List Settings' to 'Display Inspection Lot Without Usage Decision' --> set other required seletion criteria as per your requirement ---> Execute it --> you will get Inspection lot only without UD.

Thank you for your reply.

I didnt select any selection profile while executing QA32&QA33 and I have selected "lots WIthout Usage Decision" in the List settings.But it displays Lots with system status UD also.How it is possible?

Is there anything I have to do with configuration?
