Hi Gurus ,
I need to upgrade SAP R/3 4.7 to SAP ECC 6.0 . But i have one doubt , we are already installed SAP R/3 4.7 , windows 2000 server std edition with Oracle 9.2 . As per Installation Guide for SAP ECC 6.0 we need Windows 2003 standard x 64 with Oracle 10.2 . So Kindly suggest me what i have to do first to upgrade .

Hi Selven,
When you will restore Database you will get the 32 bit database as Nikhuj told covert it to 64 bit.
And then start your R/3.
It will work do not worry only think is that after restore before starting R/3 you will have to perform 32bit to 64 bit database converstion first.

Before Upgradation of SAP you have to check OS and DB requirement. if its required you have to upgrade OS and DB before upgrading SAP.
As per me you have to upgrade OS to Windows 2003 Server and Database to Oracle 10.2.

Nikunj Thaker.
