Hi,
How can i solve the problem with this error in the workflow: "Prefix number: entry missing for system SHD client 300"
Hello,
You should see if your workflow customizing is complete from the transaction SWU3 and if the prefix numbers are missing you should maintain it.

Hi Elvis,
1. Go to transaction SWU3.
2. Expand node Maintain Definition Environment
3. Go to Maintain Prefix numbers and execute it
4. Make an entry giving a prefix number, SAP system name, client used and Package to store it.
5. Now generate Maintain Prefix numbers
Hope this solves your issue.
