Heuristics SAP_PP_02 with interchangability

Hi everybody,

For a business scenario in context, we need the substituton receipts (for a predecessor product in a supercession chain) to be created in the immediate bucket (in case of shortage) so that days supply is postive all though.

This works fine without the interchanability in use. with IC (being called in the standard heuristic SAP_PP_02) the substitution receipt is created after current + n days, irrective of the supply shortage in earlier buckets. e.g subs receipts are created after 60 days from today.

related settings in product master (predecessor and successor both)

-Externally procured

-Plnd dely time =60

-Plng verson PPDS horizon =50 days

-SNP2- prod horizon =0

-PPDS horizon =365 days

-PPDS plng time fence =0

-Planning package automatically assigned to prod heuristic

Is there something that i need to change i the heuristic procedure (standard lot planning, lot size from prod master = lot for lot)

/SAPAPO/HEU_PLAN_STANDARDLOTS is the algorithm (for SAP_PP_02), just in case you dont see the same name in img. This also calls the algorithm /SAPAPO/INC_PLANNING.
