Several Sales Orders --> 1 Delivery

Hi Gurus,

I have several Sales orders and must join them into one delivery. We do not use shipments, routes. I have created 2 totaly equal Sales orders, so they have same incoterms, shipping points, delivery dates, partners. T.code VL10C (collective processing) creates 2 deliveries. We use Lean Warehouse management. Be so kind to help me. Thanks!

Nija

Dear Janina,

The sales orders can be combined in one delivery if the following parameters are same for those orders:

1. Delivery due date for the materials( schedule line tab)

2. Ship to party must be same in all Sales Orders

3. Shipping point must be same for all of them.

4. Incoterms should also be same.

5. Shipping Point should be same.

6. Confirmed quantity date at schedule line level

7. Delivery Priority

If all the above parameters are same then you can goto T. Code: VL10A and execute.

Best Regards,

Amit

Note: Settings, in

T. Code: VOV8

Maintain "Delivery Type" and "Billing Type" in to your Sales Doc. Type.

T. Code: XD02

In Customer Master, mark the Box: Order Combination, as "ticked".

T. Code: VTLA (Copy-Control settings b/w Sales Order-to-Delivery)

At Item-level, for your Item Category, maintain entry in Field: Order requirement as "101"

Amit,

Order combination solved this problem. Because my sales orders were totally equal and deliveries were created with ratio 1:1, so all customizings were set right.

Thanks all Gurus sincerely

To have one delivery against multiple sale orders, the following should be same in all sale orders.

- Ship To Party

- Inco Terms

- Shipping Point

- Delivery Priority

- Shipping condition

- Transportation Group

- Confirmed quantity date

Apart from the above, in copy control VTLA, for your item category, you need to have the following routines:-

Order requirements:::::101

Item data:::::::::::::::::::101

Business data::::::::::::::2

thanks

Hi

Single Delivery Doc against multiple Sales Orders

order combination should be ticked in Customer master

In copy controls VTLA chose your del type and order type in the header details conditon tab combination requirement maintain 51

Then it is possible to combine multiple orders in to single delivery

Combination criteria

1 Ship to party

2. route

3..delivery due date or delivery date

4.Shipping pt

5.Incoterms

6.Confirmed quantity date at schedule line level

7.Delivery priority

In that add billing type also

All these should be same then only deliveries will get combined

in copy controls for your order and delivery type combination at item level pls ensure that you have maintained 101 in the order requirements field Please try with T code VL04

Found this useful

Customer Master data check is also important apart from the copy control settings.

Thanks.

Hi,

In transaction code VTLA, for the delivery and sales order types, check the requirement routine assigned in the field combination requirement. Select the routine that suits your requirement (for example routine 51) and try again.
