Outbound delivery printing

Dear SD guys,

I am creating delivery in VL10B from STO.

I made all settings for config.

But while printing it printing twice.

Any one guide how to fix.

I checked in VV22 but all r maintained without any number of copies.

Hi..

See if any spool requests are generated in SP01.

If yes then get in touch with BASIS team for checking printing settings.

Hi there,

In O/p condition records --> comunication check if there is any number of prints that is setup for the O/p type.

Hi,

If spool request is generated to print document, then check the details of that spool request.

Transaction code : SP01

Check field : No. of copies.

Modify setting for the spool request alongwith basis consultant.

If, all seems ok, from your end; take assistance from BASIS-Admin, which is primarily his responsibility.

Note: You may check settings for Local Printer (under Control Panel). It might possible, its maintained there, for your default printer.
