Problem in Outbound delivery

Hello Experts,

I am facing problem while delevering outbound delivery from ERP to EWM.

when i see display log using transaction lsg1 it is giving error 'No update group for document header '.

when i gone to the details of the error it is giving 'SalesOrg / DistChnnl / Division / StGrp cust. / StGrp sales doc.SPU3 / 10 / 00 / / 01 Please note that the customer statistics group is derived from the sales and distribution master data of customer 0000045555. The sales document statistics group is derived from sales document category or delivery type LO.'

Please let me know what might be the problem.

Hi

Goto Tcode 0VLK(zero VLK) and select the document type LO and double click on that or select the line item and click on the magnifying lens...

In the section 'Document Content' and the field 'Docs.stats.group' select the value 1, save the changes and now try your transaction.
