Problem while running the webdynpro application

HI All,

I have developed certain examples in webdynpro java. But when I an trying to run the application from NWDS I am getting some problem.

Problem Description:- I right click on the application name -> select Deploy new archive and Run.

Message in Deployment Output view :- Created a temporary copy : test.com~poptest.ear

Start deployment

and then nothing happens . it seems that application gets deployed in the server , but its not running.

I checked the applications in the server(portal), everything is fine and I am able to run the application from portal.

Any idea why the application is not able to run from NWDS itself.

Note:- I was able to run the applications earlier but from 2 days I am facing this problem.

Hi Neha

Just close the NWDS and again start and check is there is RUN option......Otherwise create another application ...it will be run hopefully

Hi All,

Yes you were right it was taking time to deploy.

I restarted NWDS and then deployed and it worked.

you are not getting anyDeployment aborted Excepton right?

i think its taking more time to deploy and run the application.

wait until it get deployed into the server.
