reg error in QM in delivery

Dear all,

While doing Post Goods issue for a material with insp type 12, I am getting error as "status of insp lot 1200000000264 patial lot 0000 does not allow goods issue.

please advice me how to proceed further.

Hi Peddibhotla,

This error bcz of your active delivery level Inspection in Material Master (12 - Insp type).

So follow the below step.

1. Save the delivery without PGI

2. After save the delivery system will automatically create the inspection lot with inspection type - 12

So clear the Inspection lot.

3. Again do the PGI for the delivery (If the lot UD accepted then only system will allow the PGI.

Revert for further clarification.

what is the status of the inspection lot ,also you have to move the stock into unrestricted stock before making the PGI .kindly check it

post the stock first to unrestricted using qa11 and try
