Billing Output Issue

Hi Friend,

In Billling Document output does not show the output Type defiend.

Although i have configured the Output determination Procedure ( v/25) & also checked the Billin type Output details ( VOFA)

Is there anything i am missing Please suggest

HI

Check you enteries in SPRO if there every things are fine such as, output condition tables,access sequence, output procedure and the assigning of output procedure to billing type, then Goto T code VV31 and maintain the condition record there.

And if all above settings are ok, then manually input that output type to billing document and check the error/processing log and let us know also.

Hi,

Goto NACE T.code, select the application V3 and click on output types.

Check wethere output type is there or not? go back

click on procedures, Select the output procedure and maintain output type.

Now goto VOFA and assign output type and ouput detemination procedure to billing type.

Now create output condition records in VV31. Now system automatically determines output type in billing document.

Dear Saurabh,

If don't define the output type system will not alloe you to maintain output type in the transaction V/25 so please check carefully in the Output types over view screen.

Have you maintained that output type in your output determination procedure which you assigned in V/25.

Make sure that you have assigned proper output procedure to the billing type.
