"Bidder does not allow surrogate bidding"

Hello,

We are running SRM 5.

When we try to create surrogate bid, we get each time the message "Bidder does not allow surrogate bidding" after selecting the contact.

How can we manage the contact's authorizations? Which role should be given to Vendors' contacts?

Hi Radis

maintain business partner -supply your bidder bp number -edit

go to bidder data .Under bidder data you must flag "PERMIT PROXY BIDDING"

THEN YOU WILL NOT ANY ERROR WHILE SURROGATE BID VIA PURCHASEER
