Where can I download SAPGUI 7.1 Patch 8

We are in SAPGUI 7.1 Patch 7 and want to apply Patch 8. SAP website gives link only to Patch 10/11.
Data gets truncated when we try to export the data from transaction "fc10" into excel 2007 and getting ":" as a decimal places instead of ".". Note 1122090 talks about applying Patch 8. We do not want to apply patch 10/11.
Did anyone faced the similar issue.

Hello,
That patch is no longer available in service.sap.com. If you found some issue in patch 10 or patch 11 contact SAP and ask for patch 8 or a correction in that patches.
I am using patch 11 a while now, and patch 10 is used massively here and we did not find any issues.
