approval workflow

Hi,

I have called in my Application the FM" BBP_PD_SC_CREATE". So far is everything is OK.

I get the error message:

No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator.

Please help.

Hi Sas,

You need to activate atleast one approval workflow for the shopping cart.

The following workflwos are available for Shopping cart (SC)

WS10000060 u2013 Without approval,

WS10000129 u2013 One-step approval,

WS10000031 u2013 Two-step approval

WS14000133 - n step approval

So,as per the requirement you can have o ,1 ,2 or n level approval workflow for SC.

If you dont want approval at all for SC,you still need to activate the "No approval WF for SC i.e. WS10000060.

You can activate the Woorkflwo using the foll path;

Task-Specific Cusomizing

SAP u2192 SRM u2192 SRM-EBP u2192 SRM-EBP-WFL

Activate event linking

search what wf you want to activate

select your wf flow

WS10000060 u2013 Without approval,

WS10000129 u2013 One-step approval,

WS10000031 u2013 Two-step approval

WS14000133 - n step approval

click and event linkage flag and save now it shows e Green .

P.S. Also if you activate more than one wf, you need to specify starting conditions for wf. in transaction SWB_COND so that system indentifies which workflow to trigger.
