Error with Early Watch

Dear Consultants,

I start an early watch report, but did not started, when I start it manually, and the background job started it gives me the following:

Error: An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause, Program SAPLBTCH, Include LBTCHF12, Row 26

and by pressing self diagnosis, it gives the following:

Error when processing your request

What has happened?

The URL http://solman.tmg.dom:8001/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/dswp_sd_self_diagnosis was not called due to an error.

Note

The following error text was processed in the system SLM : WebDynpro Exception: ICF service node "/sap/public/bc/webdynpro/" is not active (see SAP Note 517484)

The error occurred on the application server solman_SLM_01 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

Hi,

Go To transaction SICF, and click following tree open:

default host > sap > public > bc

Right click on "webdynpro" and take "activate service"

Actually, I tried your advise. But, unfortunately, when I tried again I get another error as follow:

and by pressing on Self Diagnosis:

I get a screen has three colored RED, YELLOW, GREEN

(R) Service Level Reporting scheduling is inconsistent Consistency

(Y) SDCCN cannot be checked in all satellite systems Communication

(G) No inconsistency between service plan context and Session Workbench Consistency

(G) Solution Repository is consistent Consistency

please advise the reason for that error

Have you updated the service definitions in Solution manager?

To check this, Please check the table BDL2TRANS by checking the time stamp of BDLSERVICE. If possible, paste the contents of that table over here.

Hello Mohamed,

Please check whether Performance_Monitor job is running properly in you satellite system.
