Gateway Monitoring is not displaying any connections

Hi ,

I have a problem with gateway monitoring.It is not showing any connections out there(SMGW).

what might me reason?

hello,

in smgw transaction pls try

-> goto

-> logged on clients

Is anything listed there ?

Please check that

-> goto -> gateway -> local gateway

is chosen.

please check any error in (trace) dev_rd file in transaction st11

and check getway service status running at server (gwrd.exe)
