unable to create a technical system

Hi

I deleted a technical system and try to create the same but it is showing error

CIM_ERR_ALREADY_EXISTS: Instance already exists: SAP_BCClient.CreationClassName="SAP_BCClient",Name="620.SystemName.SRD.SystemLicenseNumber.0020471770.SystemHome.dbd106

i tried to deleted the components in content maintainance also(in administration),still i am getting same problem,

what other things i have to do,can anybody suggest
