problem while importing

I have email address field at my source side

But at my destination i have fields "email address type" and "email address" where email address type is mandatory i.e nonqualifier field in MDM,which is to be mapped surely.

Can there be any option to set the default value as standard for "email address type" for each import of "email address "field in import manager.

or can some solution as only email adress is mapped and value get imported to datamanger.

Plz help me to resolve it.

Hi Shifali,

you can create a custom field in Import Manager with the value "Standard" in order to map it to your "email address type" field.

Right-click in the Source Hierarchy and select "Add Field". Name it accordingly. Then select it in the field mapping and enter the needed value in the value mapping into the "Converted Value" field.
