I paste the following text from OSS note: 1004107 - Release Restrictions for SAP NetWeaver PI 7.1.
Release with restrictions
configuration object "Integrated Configuration" is not yet
supported for all third party adapters
With the Integration Directory of SAP NetWeaver Process Integration 7.1 the
configuration object "Integrated Configuration" is not yet supported for
all third party adapters that rely on own parameters in the receiver
agreements. This limitation is valid in particular for the adapters from
SEEBURGER..
( Changed at 22.10.2008 )
I originally understood this to mean that Seeburger adaptors were not supported with 7.1. On second reading, it looks like only configuration objects of type "Integrated Configuration" are not supported with Seeburger adaptors.
Would anyone like to comment on what this restriction actually means? If Seeburger adaptors will work ok with 7.1, how limiting is it that configuration objects of type "Integrated Configuration" are not supported? (forgive the ignorance implied in this question).
Cheers,
Brad

I do not see any ignorance here. This is a valid question
Considering the note 1004107 I would say: You can do everything with Seeburger adapter in PI 7.1 what you have done in PI 7.0.
In Integrated Configuration is described in this blog:
