WBS does not exist

Dear All :

One purchase order no. have wbs element which is belong to plant 1 and now we have to transfer material via enter goods issue to another plant2 but when we put plant 2 wbs name in wbs field it shows this wbs element does not exist. Please suggest me in this matter.

Hi Amit,

The WBS element to which you are doing goods issue .. where is it !

Is it in the same project definition ? are you doing transfer of stock from one WBS elem to another WBS elem in the same project ? This is not clear !

If so, check the assignment of plants to each WBS elem ! They should be different as what you are trying!

Give us some more information !!

have u marked project stock in project defination?

in material master

mrp view 1, 2 or 3 (dont rember now) there is a field called procurment type

available options are

1. individual means project stock or sales order stock

2. collective means palnt stock

3. individual and collective both

for projects this option should be 1st or 3rd ( 2nd option is wrong)

for that material have u activated project stock

1. material master of that material check proc type as individual and collective

2. u have activated projetc stock in project

You have given two steps.

In Material details where i will found this proc type details where i have to activate this proj type.

Please help me i m new in SAP .
