unable to access Usage Types page in portal

Hi guys, I am wondering why I cannot access the page "http://<servername>:<port>/utl/UsageTypesInfo" in one of our 2 portals, particularly our XI 3.0 system. In one of our system, EP 7.0, it can easily be accessed and the usage types installed are shown. Any ideas with this? I already researched on this but cannot find a solution. Thanks.

the other systems were NW2004 thats why I cannot check it.

Oh thats why. Its not 2004s. How can I check the usage type for Netweaver 2004 only?

Why you need it?? Try to check the system information on the index page of your JAVA, and check

Software Components you have ... I'm think it's enough .... Regards.

Yup I checked the port already. I can access it without the /utl/UsageTypesInfo

P.S. SP level must be >= SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s) SPS09
