Dear Roopa

For any export shipments, you need to submit the following documents for filing with Customs

- Invoice

- Packing List

- ARE1/ARE3

- GSP Form

- Declaration for obligations like DEPB, DEEC, etc.,

- Shipping Bill (will be prepared by clearing agent)

- Bill of Lading (will be prepared by shipping agent)

- Fumigation certificate of container, if need in case of wooden pallets are accommodated

Could you please mention the abbrevations of ARE1/ARE3, GSP Form and DEPB, DEEC,

ARE stands for Application for Removal of Excisable goods

DEPB stands for Duty Entitlement Pass Book

- ARE stands for Application for Removable of Excisable goods from manufacturing plant

- DEPB stands for Duty Entitlement Pass Book Scheme

- DEEC stands for Duty Exemption Entitlement Certificate or we can also call it as Advance Licence
