Text on Image

Hi,

First i descripe my case

Actualy the need is if we donot get image from data source we hav to show image on which we put test no image available.The thing is we have to show that "no image" image in different language according to user need.So i want to know that can we put text on image so that i maintain that text on some attribue and put according to language that user selected..

i think,

instead of image u can display label-'no image' there ....
