Hi,
It may be a problem with your tp - if you want to be sure, use tp at the O/S Level to do your import and then you should be able to find the exact error.
At the request to buffer:
tp ADDTOBUFFER <change request #> <SID> pf=TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL
Then import it into the suitable client:
tp IMPORT <change request #> <SID> pf=TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL
Please award points, if helpful.
Thanks, Dibya

Hi Kenny,
yes both TP and the SAP Kernel have the newest release.

Hi,
We faced same problem on our test system R3 4.7 Ext. 2 SR1 - SQL 2005 - Win 2003 Ent. Edition SP1 - 64bits
After we applied a kernel update from 80 to 175 the TMS returned same error message when we tried to open the import queue or checking the transport programs.
What we did to resolve the issue was:
1 - delete TMS configuration in the system where the problem was.
2 - downgrade the kernel version to the earlier one (80)
3 - Set up TMS
4 - Check TMS configuration.
5 - upgrade kernel to version 175
6 - Check TMS configuration.
The problem solved after these steps.
Good Luck!

Have you applied the latest version of TP/R3trans and Sap Kernal?
