Approver not able to open AE ticket after forward and return

We have a user that forwards a 5.2 AE ticket to a co-working with return. The co-working goes into the ticket and adds some comments and then hits the approve button to send it back.

But when the orginal approver then tries to open the ticket they get an error that states,'Request Approval Screen is not displayed because Request Status has changed'

Hi Clark,

During the approval process, you can forward the request to another approver with two following options:-

1- Forward with No Return :- This option forwards the request to the selected user

for processing. The request is not returned to you.

2- Forward with Return:- This option forwards the request to the selected user for

processing. Afterwards, the request is returned to you.

According me in your case you were using option1,that's why getting error"'Request Approval Screen is not displayed because Request Status has changed'" , Try second one.

The user, it is only one user that has this issue, is using forward with return. They are also getting this for some tickets that have not been forwarded that she trying to open for the first time.

We thought this could have been an issue with her ID and had it rebuilt in the UME, but that did not help.
