delete messege

Dear Team,

I have post the messege in SAP Market Place .They reply me .Now this messege in SAP Service Channel in Customer Messege. How I can delete this messege . So that now this messege not show in my Customer Messege Box.

Only those guys can see the message whom Display Customer Meggasge Authorization will be given,other wise usually they are able to see there own message only.
