WHat is the significance of Tax Jurisdiction code & Tax Number 1 & Tax Number 2 in customer amster record ?

T. Code: OBCO - Specify structure for Tax Jurisdiction code.
LG -> character length of first level of hierarchy within your tax jurisdiction code structure.
LG -> Second level of hierarchy as above.
LG -> Third level of hierarchy as above.
LG -> Fourth level of hierarchy as above.
TX -> Tick if you want the system to determine taxes on a line by line basis instead of determining them on a cumulative basis per tax jurisdiction code.
T. Code: OBCP - define tax jurisdiction codes
DiN -> Tick if you do not want tax amounts included in the based amount used for calculating cash discounts.
TxN -> Tick if you want the cash discount amount deducted from the base amount that is used to calculate taxes.

The tax code is assign to the tax juridiction code and it is assign to the tax calculation procedure and the same is assgin to the country. So to calculate the tax we have to define the same in to tax code and the same is assign to Tax Juridiction. Check the defination of tax juridiction by putting curose on it and press F1 and then F9.
