Manpower cost

Hi experts,

In our project, For many int. activities we require 3 different skill level labors, say Skilled, Semi-skilled and Helpers to perform the activity and the cost of these labors are different. Whereas, in int.activity tab, we can assign only one activity type for a work center and thus cost for only one type of labor. What should be done to capture costs for all these labors in single activity?

use the functionality of activity element to assign more than one work centres to your activity

under the activity attach 2 more activity elements with different work centres and activity types

Yeah we are following the same procedure, but I would like to know other possibilities also.

there is no way you can see all in one activity

you can either use activity elements when you do not want to schedule activity elements

or use subnetworks if you want to schedule the other labour as seperate activity
