Hi all,
We have an issue with the RFC provider between BI and the portal. After some time ( a day, a week ), the connection drops, and so far the only solution seems to stop and start the appropriate RFC listener.
In the dev_jrfc.trc file, we see the following:
Error> occured >Wed Dec 03 02:13:40,568< >RfcGetException rc (7) message: System received an expired SSO ticket<RfcGetException
Error> occured >Wed Dec 03 02:13:40,818< >RfcGetException rc (7) message: System received an expired SSO ticket

Does anyone knows what might cause this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated (and the working solution will be rewarded with a can of beer)

If old version (6.40)
SSO ticket expired, Cannot create ClientWindow, JS error
SAP Note Number: 825149
Newer:
JCO Pool Viewer Tool for SSO Expiration Problem
SAP Note Number: 1130191
Look for "System received an expired SSO ticket":
