SLA Configuration

Hi Experts,

I am working on the SolMan service desk. I am creating the SLA to be attached to the service desk. But when I am trying to assign settypes to a category then the system responds saying that the settype is already assigned to some category. I know the fact that one settype cannot be assigned to multiple categories in same product type.

Do we have any solution to such situation. I want to use the same settypes that are already assigned to some other category. How to proceed further?

Also please provide me the steps for configuring SLA so that I can verify if I have made all the settings correctly.

Hi,

I am also facing the same dilemma. I am trying to configure SLA in Service Desk but I' haven't found any documents for step by step set-up.
