Hello,
we are using a XI mail adapter with IMAP. It is possible to decrease the polling interval on the mailbox?
The default value is onces per minute.
kind regards,
Thorsten Dee
Mail sender communication channel takes the polling interval in minutes only. You can't decrease it further. You may try to schedule your communication channel.

Hi,
The two ways you can able to handle the requirements.
1) In Configuration level: Set Poll interval
2) In communication channel monitoring level set Adapter Availability Times.

Hi thorston,
just open your sender mail adapter communication channel in integration directory and set the polling interval parameter from 60 sec to 300 sec or whatever you want.
thanks.

hi,
IT depends if the channel configured as the sender or the receiver.
For Sender there is "Poll Interval" Parameter
For Receiver there is no such option.
