Mail are not generated in SBWP

Hello everybody,

We have a strange problem on our ECC 6.0.

After a client copy (from the production) is not possible to send or generate mail via workflow or via the transaction SBWP "Business Workplace".

When we create a new message (SBWP) we choose the and choose as recipient an address type like this one "XXXX.XXXXatXXX.XXX" and as recipient type : Internet address then we send the mail, until now everything seems to be ok the mail is well in the outbox but we can see in the outbox that there is nothing in the "send date" field ?

And very strange in SCOT no mail are int the "waiting queue" !!!

It seems that the mail is not generated or not handle by SCOT.

So we can't send any mail ! we send mail via SMTP, we check and redo the SMTP configuration follow SAP note 455140.

Any idea where the problem could come ?

Many thanks in advance

D./

Hi.

Have you had a look in SOST? Usually you can find the reason for why the mail has not been sent there.

Have you done all the required post-processing steps in the target system after the system copy?
