ID DDIC locked, but the batchjob with this ID completed correctly.

Hi,

In our system, I found the SAP ID DDIC is locked, but the batch job with this ID completed correctly everyday, such as batch jobs RDDEXECL, SAP_APPLICATION_STAT_COLLECTOR, SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR etc.

Is there anyone know why?

Many Thanks

Jonathan

Most likely you are refering to a "password lock" from incorrectly entering DDIC's pwd (USR02-UFLAG = '128'). This only prevents password based logons, and does not lock the user account (which prevents all types of logons).

This is also correct, otherwise someone could (from the outside) lock all your background processing....

Julius

Hi Julius,

Thank you for your help.

But I checked the change history of this user. it showed "Administrator Lock".

it seems it was locked by the administrator.

Best Regards

Then possibly it is an error-of-parrelax...)

=> You are not logged onto client 000 and DDIC is locked in your client.

=> You have S_BTCH_ADM = 'Y' authority for the job overview (tcode SM37).

Take a look at the column on the far left of the screen...

Cheers,

Julius
