Printing coverpage with print

Dear All SAP Gurrus

I am facing one problem when our users are going to print checks or any other printing it print working fine but in the last it prints

User:ABCD

Host:abc.com.se

Class :

Job : 000000001212121.PRE

i was check printers it cant shows any check mark on cover page can any one help us ?

I found some thing from market place for my problem sap note no 77540 my question is does this parameter for windows 2003 also because we are using windows enviorment .

Hi,

When you have windows 2003 check for your printer setting.

Please note the point in note 77540.

With HP network printers with the JETDirect card there is a setting for

the banner page. It can be deactivated directly in the menu.

Check your Printer it should have banner page settting disable it.
