Hi,

Since you are using the 2004 version, you can also find the key through the Visual Administrator tool.

from sidadm home directry execute saplicense -show or saplicense -get to get the hardware key, You can also get the key form sap go to t code SMMS > goto > hardware keys.

Did you tried Saplicense -get from /usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/run directory?

There is no SID folder in the /usr/sap/ location. Where can i find this?

Hi,

try

Saplicense -get

in kernel directory eg: /usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/run

or you can download the SAPLICENSE file from service market place.

from Database independent kernel patches.
